What is Procountancy?

Procountancy is an online accountancy training business. We’re incorporated in the Republic of Ireland, but have an international reach. We’re a start-up, which means that we will answer your queries and give you the personal service that you deserve.

I can get courses cheaper than yours, why should I bother with you?

That’s a good question!

Firstly, all of our materials are delivered and written by experts. We know the most efficient route to passing this exam and our approach will ensure that you are confident on exam day. Other courses may be cheaper, but ask yourself why this is. Sometimes, courses may be incomplete, contain mistakes or may make big claims without delivering much. Other times, courses may be cheap if they recycle material from other subjects or past case study windows.

We take your success seriously, and our price reflects that. We will put you at ease and give you everything you need to get fully qualified. We’ve done this for countless students, so we are confident in making this claim.

Are there any live components to this course?

None.

Our approach reflects the fact that students are based across a wide variety of timezones and no live session will suit everyone’s busy work schedule. We recognise that CIMA students often work long hours, and do not necessarily have the capacity to attend live sessions when the tuition provider wants to schedule them.

Therefore, we make all of our content on-demand. This model means that we can deliver everything without interruptions, whilst providing tutor contact points to address any queries that you might have.

Do you offer a pass guarantee?

We don’t at the moment.

Although many tuition providers offer these, we don’t believe in the idea. Firstly, many tuition providers will qualify these guarantees before they can become redeemable. Second, they can inflate the price of the course unnecessarily, as it should be created to ensure you pass. We are working on a different type of incentive that students will not have to pay for. Stay tuned!

How long will my access last?

When you buy this course, you get access to the content for the relevant window. There is no rollover into the next window. Therefore, if you purchased the course for the November / February 2025 window, your access will cease when the window closes. This is when the SCS exams are finished for February.

There is therefore an incentive to book this course as early as possible.

I’m an FLP student, is this course worth purchasing?

Totally.

The creator of this course also writes content for the CIMA FLP and so this answer is backed up by experience. The FLP is a great resource, but students often need total coverage and the ability to contact an expert in order to pass this exam. We certainly support FLP students and our course is perfect to help in getting to grips with the theory necessary to pass the exam.

My employer pays for my courses, can you help me with this?

We certainly can, but for tax purposes it has to be done manually.

Well, there’s two options.
